Splitting a party's attack (two on physical armor removal, two on magical armor removal) is completely viable, however in my view overcomplicates matters. My two cents would be for your party's focus to be on removing the enemies' physical armor or their magical armour and once that's done, put them out of action through 'c.c.-ing' them with knock down (physical), charm (magical), petrification (magical), chicken claw (physical), etc. Fextralife does go into some ideas about party composition which I think are fairly helpful. It's hard to argue with Nazzera's point, but new players probably do need some guidance, and Fextralife's site does a good job at presenting the guides well - even if some (imho not all) of them are pretty questionable.
